I admire architects known for bold and theatrical design languages. Our role, however, is different. We operate as conceptual designers focused on investor logic, evaluating material feasibility, scalability, replicability, and system efficiency. We are less concerned with singular objects and more interested in whether an idea can be duplicated, deployed, and transformed into a higher-value asset. Ultimately, the question is simple: are we turning constraints into opportunity?
